EXERCISE
Find the active things that you LOVE to do! It could be:
*Bike Riding
*Hula Hooping(nope it didn't go away after you turned 12!)
*Running
*Walking(sight seeing, shopping, etc.)
*Sports(volleyball, boxing, Ultimate Frisbee)
* Jump Rope!
*If you have children or niece and nephews, play outside with them!
Do a little bit every day. Even if you don't want to. Wake up 15,20,30 minutes earlier just so you can run in place, or ride your bike, or do some pushups. You will lose weight 10x faster!
Push as hard as you possibly can each time. Squeeze as many muscles as you can, it will burn more calories.
Find an activity\class you would like to try! For Example
*Pole Dancing(oh yeah, baby)
*Boxing
*Hula Hooping(I would be more than happy to show you how amazing it can be)
*Volleyball
*Ultimate(A game where you use a throwing disc, a frisbee, and you run alot. SUPER FUN)
*Dance(go out dancing with your grrls!)
*Nutrition class(will keep you from eating all of the disgusting things that fatties eat which brings me to the next section of tips...)
FOOD
If you live alone, always, always, always keep fresh and frozen fruits and veggies around. Toss out all the pastas, breads(unless its your workout "food"), and sugars. In case you binge, you binge of nutritious vitamin filled food.
Keep water with you at all time. Once again, keep water with you at all times. I guarantee it will help with at least some of your cravings for food.
Always have your zero calorie beverages in your home. Diet sodas(don't depend on these, sometimes the fake sweeteners make some people hold onto fat and water weight), Tea, Water, zero-calorie flavored water.
If you don't live alone and your parents/boyfriend/roommate watch what you eat; take a sip of water after each bite. You will definitely eat less.
Find something that will keep you busy so you don't have to think about food. Like starting a blog, or read a book!
When you eat out... ALWAYS ALWAYS order the salad. Be the beautiful, strong woman that you are. Do not order the thick dressing however. Usually I ask for vinegar or if the have a no-fat dressing.
Don't think of food as sacrifice or restricting. You're better than those fatties who stuff their faces with food. You don't NEED food.
Watch people when they eat. ITS DISGUSTING and you know it!
Look at the food if you're tempted to eat it. You know that each little particle that is in that cheese, or milk, or pizza, or fried food is going to wind up on your stomach, hips, thighs, and arms. Fight back and throw it away or give it to a homeless person.
FINALLY:
YOU ARE STRONG. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. INSIDE, YOU ARE AN AMAZING PERSON. LET THAT BEAUTIFUL, STRONG, AMAZING PERSON COME OUT! SHE WANTS TO SO BAD! NEVER, EVER GIVE UP! IF YOU FALL, THINK OF ONE OF US, AND STAND BACK UP. DONT LET ONE MESS UP MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A FAILURE. YOU ARE A GODDESS.
